Nominees

If you purchased or otherwise acquired any shares of publicly traded SCANA common stock during the period from February 26, 2016 through December 20, 2017, inclusive, for the beneficial interest of persons or organizations other than yourself, the Court has ordered that you must, within SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE, either:

  1. provide a list of the beneficial owners described above to the Administrator, Epiq; or
  2. request from the Administrator sufficient copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to all such beneficial owners and, within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of those Notices, forward them to all such beneficial owners.

If you are providing a list of names, addresses, and email addresses to the Claims Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names, addresses, and email addresses (if available) of beneficial owners who purchased SCANA common stock;
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:

    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

      Portland, OR 97208-2299
    2. Email the completed spreadsheet to info@deloittescanasecuritieslitigation.com; or,
    3. Log into EpiqFiling to submit the completed template.

If you are mailing the Postcard Notice to beneficial owners:

Request the needed number of copies of the Postcard Notice via email to info@deloittescanasecuritieslitigation.com. You must mail the Postcard Notices to the beneficial owners within seven (7) calendar days of your receipt of the Postcard Notices.

Expense Reimbursement:

Nominees may seek reimbursement of their reasonable expenses actually incurred, by providing the Claims Administrator with proper documentation supporting the expenses for which reimbursement is sought. Please submit a copy of your invoice to the Administrator within one month of completing the mailing or providing the list of names, addresses and email addresses.
