If you purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded SCANA common stock during the period from February 26, 2016, through December 20, 2017, inclusive, and were damaged thereby, you may be entitled to receive a payment from this class action settlement.

If you submitted a claim in In re: SCANA Corporation Securities Litigation, Case No. 3:17-cv-02616 (D.S.C.) (“SCANA I”) and do not wish to exclude yourself from the class, you do not need to do anything; your claim will be processed automatically under the terms of the plan of allocation set forth in the Notice. How to File by Email or Mail:

If you wish to submit a claim via mail, you may download a copy of the form here. You will need to provide all of the information requested on the Claim Form, attach any documentation, sign, and date it. Then mail the Claim Form to the following address:
